Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposits
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

For couples massage sessions, a $60 non-refundable deposit ($30 per person) is required.

All deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount, including any applicable mobile transportation fees.

Mobile Service & Transportation Fees
For mobile massage services, the following transportation fees apply:

• South Suburbs: $25

• Chicago (All Areas): $35

• Indiana Locations: $60 (fee may vary by location)

Transportation fees are separate from service pricing and are non-refundable.

Note: Mobile transportation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable once travel has begun, regardless of cancellation.
